線材生產線
高速線材生產線采用美國摩根五代軋機和mini軋機,全高爐煤氣加熱的高效蓄熱式加熱爐加熱鋼坯,18架平立交替二輥軋機,10架頂交45°摩根軋機,2架頂交45°mini摩根軋機,能夠實現(xiàn)低溫軋制、無扭、無張力軋制。全線采用全數(shù)字微機監(jiān)控操作,自動化控制系統(tǒng)采用美國GE公司PLC系統(tǒng)及德國SIEMENS系列交直流數(shù)字調速裝置,精軋機控制裝置采用德國SlEMENS原裝全數(shù)字負載換相變頻器(LCl),屬國內領先水平。產品規(guī)格:?5.5mm~?26mm盤圓以及?6.0mm~?14mm盤螺,主要生產優(yōu)質碳素鋼、冷鐓鋼、彈簧鋼、軸承鋼、易切削鋼及建筑鋼等產品。
The high-speed wire rod production line is composed of the fifth-generation Morgan rolling mill and mini rolling mill of the United States, a high-efficiency regenerative heating furnace heated by blast furnace gas to heat steel billets, 18 flat-vertical alternating two-high rolling mills, 10 top-crossing 45° Morgan rolling mills, and 2 top-crossing 45° mini Morgan rolling mills. With all these, the production line can finish low-temperature rolling, torsion-free rolling, and tension-free rolling. The whole line is operated under the monitoring of a full-digital microcomputer. The American GE fully automatic PLC system, the SIEMENS AC/DC digital speed regulation device, and the SIEMENS full-digital load-commutated inverter (LCl) for finishing mill control make the production line among the top class in China. It mainly produces steel wire rods with the specification ranging from ?5.5mm to ?26mm and large coils with the specification ranging from ?6.0mm to ?14mm, specifically including high-quality carbon steel, cold heading steel, spring steel, bearing steel, free-cutting steel and construction steel.
